Maida – 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour – 1/4 cup
Instantaneous yeast – 1/2 tsp
Luke Heat Water – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Toppings
Pizza Sauce – 1/4 cup
Greens – 1/2 cup minimize lengthwise(I used child corn,onion and capsicum)
Cheese – 1/2 cup grated
Chilli flakes – as wanted
Oregano – as wanted
Methodology:
- In a large mixing bowl add water,oil,salt and yeast.Whisk it effectively.
- Take each the flours in a mixing bowl,whisk it effectively.Now add each the flours to the oil combination.
- Knead it to a smooth pliable dough.Let it relaxation for an hour or till its virtually doubled.
- Knock down the dough to take away air bubbles,then roll to 1/4 inch thickness.Reduce with a lid into small circles and prepare it within the baking tray with aluminium foil.Prick holes with a fork to keep away from puffing.
- First add pizza sauce,then little cheese then prepare the greens – child corn,capsicum and onion.Lastly add remaining grated cheese and bake at 180 deg C for 20mins or till the perimeters begin to flip golden.
Sprinkle chilli flakes,oregano and Serve scorching!
My Notes:
- You possibly can add any vegetable of your alternative.
- I used mozarella cheese.
