I wished to attempt some variation in pizza and this pinwheels got here to my thoughts as I had not tried making such rolls after garlic rolls.This got here out soo good with a crusty prime and tender goey inside, yumm!! Hubby loved the nice and cozy pizza rolls , it’s such a bliss when had sizzling / heat with a dip of tomato sauce….!! I made these yesterday and couldn’t wait to share so right here am with this publish 🙂
Preparation Time:1 hr | Cooking Time : 20 minutes | Makes:6 small pinwheels

Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup
Plain Flour – 1/2 cup

Salt – 1/4 tsp

For the stuffing:
Onion – 1 tbsp finely chopped
Capsicum – 3 tbsp finely chopped
Mozarella Cheese – 3 tbsp + 2 tsp
Oregano – as required
Chilli Flakes – as wanted
Technique:
- Take water, olive oil, sugar and salt.Add yeast to it and whisk it nicely.Put aside.
- Combine wheat flour and maida in a mixing bowl.Whisk it nicely.Now add the flour combination to the yeast answer.
- Combine nicely and knead it to a tender pliable dough.Put aside to relaxation in a heat place for atleast an hour.Then flour a floor and roll it to barely thick rectangle form.Add pizza sauce, sprinkle oregano.
- Then add onion and capsicum.Sprinkle cheese.Roll it tightly.
- Roll right into a log , cling wrap it and refrigerate it for 10mins simply to make the dough stiff.Preheat oven at 180 deg C for 10mins.Then brush it with olive oil and lower into barely thick slices.
- Line the baking tray with silver foil and organize the pizza slices with lower aspect on prime.Sprinkle cheese, oregano and chilli flakes.Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 15-20 minutes or till the perimeters begin to brown.

My Notes:
- The dough shouldn’t be sticky…in that case then ur dough is watery so add in slightly extra flour. The dough shouldn’t be very tight, whether it is then the pizza will probably be onerous.
