1 pizza dough
4 oz. contemporary tomato sauce
3 oz. contemporary mozzarella
1 roasted crimson pepper
1 uncooked sausage, coated in flour
contemporary basil

Process
1. Place Baking Metal on prime rack of your oven. Pre-heat to 500 levels or on full throttle (Preheat 45 minutes-1 hr).
2. Stretch or roll out dough to a 12 inch cylinder, or any form will do. Frivolously flour your peel and place dough on prime.
3. Evenly distribute tomato sauce leaving about 1 inch round perimeter
4. Place contemporary mozzarella all through, much less is extra.( These things oozes)
5. Distribute floured sausage on prime, and add your roasted crimson pepper.

7. Take away pizza from oven, add contemporary basil and olive oil.
Slice and serve.
